Robert Wan, the emperor of pearls, collaborates with regional jewellery designer, Adelya Bakhtiyarova. Adelya and Robert Wan’s creative director Audrey Tcherkoff have joined forces to design a contemporary and unique collection with the Tahitian pearl in the spot light. The Bounded collection is a celebration of pearls, bound to a hand by precious stones such as amethyst, topaz, peridot, and diamonds. The pieces can also be customized to suit an individual’s personal style.

Lacoste, the chic sports brand known for its casual elegance, and Lesage, renowned haute couture embroiderer, are combining their respective values and know-how in a daring partnership initiated by Felipe Oliveira Baptista, artistic director of Lacoste since 2010. The women’s version of the iconic Lacoste polo shirt celebrated its 50th anniversary this year. This triggered Oliveira Baptista to return to his first loves – architecture from his student days and haute couture that he embraced early in his career, mixing those on an unexpected playground: the Lacoste couture polo shirt collection.

The campaign shot in New York by the photographer Antony Maule expresses the sophisticated and glamorous style of the fifties through the new Max Mara FW 15 collection. The new campaign imagines a wardrobe inspired by some pictures of a gorgeous Marilyn taken by George Barris at the beach in 1962. Reconnecting to these pictures the collection’s signature coats are worn seductively with the allure of luxurious beach wraps. Bomber jackets, overcoats, peacoats, duffels, sweatshirts; Marilyn’s ‘me time’ menswear classics are reinvented in camel hair, cashmere, alpaca and quilted silk.

Ciaté London, the beauty innovators and colour enthusiasts introduce their debut collection with Olivia Palermo, Guest Creative Director for 2015. The first of three exclusive collections to launch, Olivia Palermo and Ciaté London introduce three nail enamel shades. Olivia has used her wealth of fashion and design experience to inject an iconic elegance into the debut collaboration, which includes input on the bespoke packaging and formula. Olivia carefully selected the three shades of nail enamel as the most wearable yet fashion forward colours for all skin tones.

The brand launches new boutiques in Cairo, Egypt and Doha, Qatar. A green awning and orange lacquer doors, Tory Burch signatures, distinguish the store’s façade. In keeping with the aesthetic of the brand’s stores, the interior has a residential feel — oak and marble floors, raffia walls and gold leaf chandeliers offer a neutral backdrop for a sophisticated mix of furnishings, including sea foam silk drapes, teal velvet sofas and blue-and-white embroidered pillows. A wide assortment of the Tory Burch collection will be available at the boutique, including ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, watches, jewellery, eyewear and other accessories.

Loewe opens a new store in Jeddah, the second store in KSA and it is the fourth store in Middle East region. Boulevard Mall, the latest location of Loewe, with a store concept that showcases Loewe’s ongoing legacy in art and design. The façade was created in an artisanal way; the same approach Loewe uses for its leather goods. The history of Loewe and its commitment to hand craftsmanship is expressed throughout the store by usage of noble and hand finished materials. Acid-etched Madagascar and Tanzania stones in the floors, hand bronzed wooden floors and gold plastered walls create a warm, rich ambience. The space, covers a total surface area of 106 square meter and houses the women and men’s ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories, silk and sunglasses collections.
