YOGA

AQUA FITNESS

Aquafitness, is the performance of aerobic exercise in fairly shallow water such as in a swimming pool. Done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water, it is a type of resistance training. It focuses on cardiac training and strength and differs in that it adds the component of water resistance and buoyancy. It is best for those looking out for a low impact fitness.

L’Atelier Aquafitness offers a watery workout that combines biking, boxing and trampolining, all under water. This program is kind to the joints and gives you a refreshing full-body workout. In this ladies-only session, participants move between the submerged stations for a 45-minute dynamic cardio class. Classes are kept to a maximum of ten people.
