SARA BATTAGLIA FOR SALVATORE FERRAGAMO

Post 617 of 1732

Initiated by Salvatore Ferragamo creative director Massimiliano Giornetti, the heart of the collection sees Sara
Battaglia playfully channel one of Salvatore’s most iconic shoe designs – the Rainbow Wedge, created in 1938 for screen idol Judy Garland – and reinterpret it for the modern woman across kaleidoscopic bags and small leather goods. Consisting of four different handbag styles in an assortment of sizes, as well as a wallet, notebook, pouch, key chain and belt, the collection effortlessly updates the quality, colour, humour, Italian spirit and groundbreaking mix of materials that have long been recognized as Ferragamo hallmarks. Day bags feature woven silk scarf detailing throughout while bold evening clutches in metallic and rainbow are finished with brass and lacquer.
