    Michelin-Star Chef Frédéric Vardon has created an authentic French menu, inspired by the luxury brasseries of Paris. Dishes at La Residence respect the produce seasonality of France whilst offering elegance and modernity in one. The menu features traditional dishes selected from all over France. These include starters such as Landes Duck Fois Gras, Burgundy Snails and ‘Parisienne’ Style King Crab, as well as main dishes including Farm Fillet of Veal, Beef Tartare and Duck with Turnips.

    Aiming to spoil guests with authentic Peruvian dishes, currently the hottest trend among foodies, Garden offers a wide variety of tempting menu items including a mouth-watering selection of seafood ceviche’s and freshly sliced tiraditos, which have cemented the reputation of Peruvian cuisine over the years. Located on the fifth floor of the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, the interiors of Garden flourish with imagery from Peru; Inca art decorated walls by local artist Fathima Mohiuddin and a Pisco bar with refreshing cocktails and authentic food served to perfection in a laid back and cosy atmosphere.     Critically acclaimed Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has officially opened the doors to his first UAE restaurant; JG Dubai. Gourmands are invited to experience Jean-Georges’ vision, reflected in two distinct spaces housed under one roof; JG Dining Room, a fine dining venue and JG Kitchen, a relaxed all day restaurant.     The Black Lion is Dubai’s first American gastropub. Combining refined American classic dishes with a beverage list inspired by the best of the U.S. drinking scene, The Black Lion is set to be the allday dining and drinking spot of choice. As the transatlantic cousin of the award-winning Reform Social & Grill in The Lakes, The Black Lion opens at the H Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road. Inspired by iconic bars and speakeasy’s in New York, the venue will be bustling from late breakfast right through to the early hours as revelers enjoy their late night ‘Lock In’ menu from midnight to 3am to curb those midnight munchies. From quiet coffees mid-morning, to a swift business lunch buffet in the week, the American gastropub will come alive after work with culinary classics, craft beers and a lively post work, pre-club crowd.

    Located on level nine of the Media One Hotel, Dubai’s newly opened dining hub adopts both an urban high top counter sports bar and US- style uptown diner vibe. Combining New York style sandwiches and salads with seafood favourites including an array of hero crab dishes and a selection of more refined classics from the grill. Some of the specials include Soft Shell Crab Burger, Steak Tartare, Steak & Chip and West Coast Bucket Boil.
