This fall, NET-A-PORTER will launch the highly covetable sweater collection by Lingua Franca, just in time for the holiday season. The launch marks the first time that founder and designer, Rachelle Hruska Macpherson has sold her designs online as well as outside of New York and The Hamptons.
The nine-piece collection provides a desirable wardrobe option for holiday soirees with playful sayings on each style such as “Baby, Baby, Baby” and “Champagne Mami” that are surefire conversation starters. Each sweater has been hand-embroidered in New York City, making the trophy knit the ultimate gift for the one who has it all.
Sarah Rutson, VP of Global Buying at NET-A-PORTER says, “We started this romance from a chance encounter in a restaurant in the East Village in Manhattan. I spotted a woman in one of the sweaters, and I went over to ask her who her sweater was by. Coincidently that same week we spotted Lingua Franca on Instagram. We love a bit of humor in what we wear, as do our customers, and we like to have fun with our fashion hence why we fell in love with Lingua Franca. I also love that one of my signature sayings to my team, “I’ve got this,” is part of our NET-A-PORTER edit.”
The collection will be available exclusively at NET-A-PORTER beginning October 26th.
Prices start from approx. AED 1,400
