The last day of the Arab Fashion Week featured elegant designs from the Ready-Couture collections of the below 7 International and Arab designers.
Opening the final day, Rodrigo Otazu featured his exquisite designs at Arab Fashion Week. Following his passion for natural style, Rodrigo Otazu enhanced radiation and chemistry, highlighting an opulent and voluptuous character. The bold colour palette enhanced the elegance in personified silhouettes and promoted the glamour in metallic head pieces and accessories.
YU JORDY FU
Acclaimed designer, architect and artist, Jordy Fu showcased her White Nebula Collection for the Spring Summer 2016, featuring 20 romantically style and sculptural dresses. Inspired by the ethereal White Nebula, Jordy Fu took an abstract form, translating luminescent glow and undulating movement. Jordy Fu collection transformed the concept of glistening stars into wearable and distinctive luxury fashion.
Giada Curti showcased an eloquent Spring Summer 2015 Ready Couture collection focusing on a vibrant summer pastel palette. Each Giada Curti piece was reminiscent of the style and the sensuality of a bygone era. Crisp white shirts tucked in elongated skirts enhanced the waist line, reflecting intricate techniques. Macreme lace, delicate silk and brocade were featured on shades of fuchsia, turquoise, teal and white.
Claes Iversen showcased a modern re-interpretation of classic woman pieces at Arab Fashion Week. Ultra feminine silhouettes with luxurious materials enhanced the glamorous essence to the stage. Maintaining a soft palette, Claes Iversen kept an eye for detail with genuine craftsmanship and authentic couture techniques.
Following Jordy Fu, the Indonesian designer, Selphie Bong took to stage a refined edge of contemporary design for the Spring Summer 2016 Ready Couture. The beading and embroidery blended with a soft tone palette, enlightening the distinctive appeal to the show. Enhancing the meticulous technique, Selphie Bong featured her designs with vertical delicacy and intimate craftsmanship.
TIIYA by Alanoud Al Attiya
Alanoud Al Attiya Spring Summer 2016 collection encompassed a distinctive edge to luxury wear and design at Arab Fashion Week. The collection was a personal inspiration that blended creativity with nature and art with technology. Taking on a simplistic appeal, TIIYA by Alanoud featured a voluptuous character to her designs with elongated flow cuts and large modular weaves.
At the grand finale of Arab Fashion Week, Tony Ward showcased his skilful assembly of new techniques defined by unique mixtures. Noble materials blended in with embroidery and paint to embrace nature’s true sensations. Tony Ward transported us with his Autumn Winter 15/16 collection into the centre of the Earth where meticulous work recreated crystalline shapes, shedding light on the poetry and sweetness nature offers us.
