Ingredients:
• 10g Kale
• 100g Fennel
• 300g Cucumber
• 5g Coriander
• 30g Lemon
• 1.5g Spiruline

Preparation:
• Blend the Kale, Fennel Cucumber and Coriander.
• Add lemon and spirulina to the mix and blend quickly.
• Don’t blend too long as it will heat the juice.

Essential Green Smoothie

• 180ml Coconut Water
• 90g Banana
• 10g Avocado
• 20g Dates
• 2g Vanilla Sticks
• 20g Almond Nuts
• 15g Kale
• 15g Maca Powder
• 1g Spiruline

Preparation:
• Mix and blend all ingredients in a blender.
• Blend until smooth.
